Chalet Diana, located on the 4th floor, is accessed by a lift as far as the floor below, while skis and boots can be safely stowed away in the ski room on the ground floor.

Few chalets in Zermatt can lay claim to so unique a location; in such an idyllic setting that you may be able to spot a deer or two from the south facing balcony, yet just a 6 minutes (approx.) walk from both the Matterhorn Express gondola and the centre of town. Quite unbeatable.
